No Quibble Guarantee:


We want you to share in our passion for the products but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied we have a no quibble guarantee. You can return your order for any reason, within 7 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as it’s returned to us in it’s original condition with all labels attached. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

IIf possible, please print off your email receipt and enclose it with the parcel as this has all the details we require.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless the item is faulty or it was delivered to you in error. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service as we will not accept any responsibility for items lost in the post/non delivery.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.

2. Fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund & the reason for the return.

3. Attach the label provided on the despatch note/invoice to the parcel. If you no longer have this then please send the parcel to:

4. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Antz in yer Pantz at your own expense.

5. We will email/write to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit (not including the postage) when the items have been safely delivered to us, or exchange order (when in stock) within apprx 2 weeks after you post the goods back to us.

6. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing.

Legal Statements on Returns:
Returning any item within 7 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Antz in yer Pantz will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Antz in yer Pantz on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.

Please enclose your name, order number and address details and reason for return inside the parcel to ensure a prompt refund. If possible, please print off your email receipt and enclose it with the parcel as this has all the details we require.

What happens if I don't like the items or they do not fit?

Answer: Don't worry! If you send the item back to us, unworn with labels attached and in it’s original condition, you can either exchange the item or have a full refund (please fill in and enclose the form attached to your despatch note).

Why is this product on the web site if you are completely sold out?

Answer: We are very sorry if an item you would like to order is sold out or is delayed. We really do try and make sure that as many items as possible are in stock. Having good stock availability not only means happier and better-dressed kids but also more sales and a happier bank manager. We try to predict sales and how many of each colour and each size of each individual product we should order at least 6 months ahead of the season. Unfortunately this is not an exact science and every season some items sell far better than expected (and some not so well). In addition, since we buy from established Brands we are also reliant on their availability, it is not always feasible to get repeat deliveries. We do sincerely apologise if an item that you want to order is out of stock and hate this problem as much as you do.

Why can you not guarantee the item is in stock?

Answer: Our web site is not linked live to our stock system and as we are a shop as well, the item may have been sold between you placing the order and it being taken from the sales floor. We advise all our merchandise is subject to availability Although we update the web site daily, it’s impossible to guarantee availability which we’re sure you appreciate.

Can I have free postage on my order?

Answer: We know free postage is popular and we do offer it as part of an promotion from time-to-time but it is not an automatic 'right' for every customer. We contemplated offering it free but the costs would have to be absorbed somewhere else (i.e. the price of the clothes going up, which wouldn't be popular either).

Why don't you always offer free returns when most of your competitors do?

Answer: Again, as mentioned earlier, it would mean the costs being pushed on to the clothes. The costs are more transparent this way.

How long does it take to process my returns?

Answer: We will always try and process your returns as quickly as possible, but, as stated it can take up to a couple of weeks when we are very busy.
